Lead data and analytics across Form-20 returns, SIR datasets, voter rolls, demographic layers and external data audits. Build models, pipelines, dashboards and briefs that support campaign planning and compliance reviews.

7+ years in applied data science, statistics or electoral analytics, including 3+ years in a senior role. Strong Python or R, SQL, GIS, statistical modelling, machine learning and data-audit experience.

Create digital and print assets, infographics, charts, templates and rapid-response materials for campaign messaging, stakeholder briefs and field teams.

3+ years of professional design experience with a strong digital, print and data-visualisation portfolio. Adobe Creative Suite, bilingual Telugu and English work, and comfort with quick-turnaround production are important.

Write social content, websites, press releases, briefing notes, campaign collateral and rapid-response communications. Adapt research into constituency briefs, talking points and multimedia scripts.

3+ years in content, political communications, journalism or public policy communications. Excellent Telugu and English, a strong writing portfolio and sharp editorial judgement are required.

Develop manifesto sections, policy platforms, district dossiers, position papers and voter-facing commitments across sectors including health, education, livelihoods, welfare and governance.

5+ years in public policy, governance, research or political advisory work, with experience drafting policy briefs or manifestos. Policy costing, monitoring and evaluation, strong English and working Telugu are valued.

Support manifesto sections, policy briefs, evidence gathering, stakeholder notes, basic costing, implementation timelines and monitoring trackers under the Policy Analyst's guidance.

2+ years in public policy, research, governance or political advisory work. Strong English writing, research discipline, basic costing and monitoring skills, and working Telugu are preferred.
